The Skulls Above Us


I figure another post about skulls would do me while I work through the projects that demand my time and take me away from doing more analysis on the basal oviraptorid Wulatelong gobiensis.

Without further ado, here are some of the skulls that appear on the banner at top, although they’ve been cut down to a small size for simple viewing. Going through these, I notice a fair dearth of teleostean fishes, though I’ve done a shark. This merely means I need to work on the tricky cranial bones of a few decent fish to add to the mix. I have several ideas.
